Donation Refund Policy
The Victim Center is grateful for your donation and support of our organization. If you believe your donation was made in error, or your credit card was erroneously charged, please contact the Development Manager at 417-863-7273. Refunds are returned using the original method of payment.
If there are any grievances for donations processed, or goods or services provided, such as tickets at events, then a written request for reimbursement must be submitted for review by the Executive Director within 15 days.
Automated Recurring Donation Cancellation
Ongoing support is important to enabling The Victim Center to continue its work, so we encourage donors to continue to contribute on a recurring basis. However, if you must cancel your recurring donation, please notify the Development Manager at 417-863-7273.
