Support Our Mission: Ways to Give
Your generosity makes a direct impact on the lives of individuals in our community. We offer several ways to give, ensuring you can contribute in a way that aligns with your financial planning and values. Explore the options below to find the best fit for you.
Gifts of Cash
The out-of-pocket cost to you can be less than the dollar amount of the gift because of allowable federal tax deductions and Missouri Rape Crisis Center Shelter Tax Credits. Missouri taxpayers who contribute $100 or more to The Victim Center may be eligible for a 70% tax credit toward their state taxes.
Matching Gifts
Double the impact of your donation with a matching gift! Many companies offer matching gift programs that will match charitable contributions made by their employees. Check with your employer to see if your donation qualifies for a match and easily maximize your impact.
Monthly Giving
Join our monthly giving circle, Champions of Hope. Recurring gifts allow nonprofits and charities to plan with greater confidence. Regular contributions help organizations budget and allocate resources effectively, ensuring that they can sustain their programs and initiatives over time.
Planned Giving
Leave a legacy through planned giving. By including The Victim Center in your will or estate plan, you help ensure our ability to continue providing vital services for years to come. Whether through a bequest, trust, or other planned gift, your foresight today secures hope for future generations.
Endowment
An endowment is a powerful way to ensure that the mission and work of The Victim Center continue for generations to come. By creating or contributing to an endowment fund, you help build a financial foundation that will provide sustainable support for our programs and services well into the future.
Planned Gifts of Securities
Giving through planned gifts of securities is an impactful and tax-efficient way to support our mission. By donating appreciated stocks, bonds, or mutual funds, you can make a meaningful contribution while also potentially receiving significant tax benefits.
Bequest
A bequest is a gift made through your will or estate plan. It can take many forms, including cash, real estate, or personal property. By including The Victim Center in your will, you can help ensure our vital programs continue to thrive for future generations.
